All recipes, meal plans, and nutritional information generated by MealMend are created using artificial intelligence and are provided solely as suggestions. You acknowledge and agree to the following:

• AI-generated content can contain errors. MealMend does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, safety, or reliability of any recipe, ingredient list, measurement, cooking instruction, or nutritional information generated by the Service.
• Recipes may include incorrect quantities, missing steps, unsuitable ingredient combinations, or outdated information.
• You are solely responsible for carefully reviewing every recipe before preparing or consuming any food. This includes verifying ingredients, checking for potential allergens, and ensuring the recipe is safe and appropriate for your needs.
• MealMend is not a substitute for professional advice. The Service does not provide medical, nutritional, dietary, or health advice. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional, registered dietitian, or physician before making any changes to your diet, especially if you have any medical conditions, allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions.
• MealMend shall not be liable for any illness, allergic reaction, injury, adverse health effect, or other damages resulting from your use of, or reliance on, any AI-generated recipes or meal plans.
• You use all content generated by MealMend at your own risk. MealMend makes no warranties or representations regarding the quality, safety, or suitability of any recipe.

MealMend offers optional paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select). You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not renew after cancellation.

Refund Policy

• MealMend does not provide refunds or credits for any partial membership periods or for any unused portion of your subscription. We do not offer refunds when you cancel your subscription. Refunds are only issued in limited circumstances at MealMend's sole discretion (for example, in cases of billing errors). Any decision regarding refunds is final.

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up to date.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials (including your password).
• All activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Notifying MealMend immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

You may not create more than one account or share your account with others. MealMend reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or appear to be used fraudulently or abusively.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to the MealMend name, logo, design, text, graphics, software, recipes generated by the Service, and any other materials (collectively, “MealMend Content”), are owned by MealMend or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service and MealMend Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or MealMend Content.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use MealMend Content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from MealMend.

Recipes generated by the Service may be used for your personal cooking and meal planning. However, you may not republish, redistribute, or commercially exploit these recipes without MealMend's prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MealMend and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service (including AI-generated recipes);
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; or
• Any health issues, allergic reactions, injuries, or other damages arising from your use of recipes or meal plans generated by the Service.

In no event shall MealMend's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service exceed the amount you paid to MealMend (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

MealMend may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, or delete your account, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Extended periods of inactivity; or
• At MealMend's sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. MealMend may also delete or deactivate your account and all related information. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) shall survive termination.
